I went to my temporary weigh in meeting today during my lunch hour and I've lost another three pounds. Woo Hoo!!
Even though I have been eating out with new BF, I have tried my very hardest to stay within my points and even went shopping over the weekend for healthy meal options that I can prepare at home during the week with the idea of leftovers for the lazy nights in. I bought things like soup, veggies to make soup, more veggies for other meals, pasta, fruit etc. The only treat I bought myself is WW banoffee ice cream. At three point each, I don't think they will hurt me and there is only two in a pack.
I have also been trying to drink my water allocation each day and although I have been finding it a struggle in the dead of winter, I have been able to drink at least one and a half litres each day plus herbal teas. However, that all went down hill over the weekend, but I am now back on track today and only have a litre to go!!
Exercise this week has been pretty poor, as I lost my pedometer the previous week so I don't know how many steps I have taken and I only had one swimming session on Saturday instead of the usual water aerobics on Saturday morning. But on the naughty side.....does 'doing the deed' classify as exercise......if so woo hoo for me, I've exercised every day!!
As for the nasty, yucky, disgusting chocolate stuff.....I have not had any nor do I miss it. I don't even crave it either.....it's out of my life for good!!
I'm happy to say that last week is over and the new week is ahead of me, which will bring it's own new and exciting challenges......so bring it on because I'm determined to loss another three pounds next weigh in.

Glad to know that you struggle with drinking water too.. I find it hard because it is so cold and dry and I am not as thirsty as I am in the summer when it is hot and humid. I am trying to drink more when I am not doing anything...and then try and drink a full glass before every meal or when I am feeling hungry.
